Downloading the recovered AI file

Here you can download the file recovered using the Illustrator Recovery Toolbox Online service.

All files are stored on the service for 30 days from the date of uploading the original damaged file. After 30 days, all original files, recovered files, screenshots of recovered data, recovery process logs, and all service files are automatically deleted.

Notes:

When recovering damaged Adobe Illustrator files using the Illustrator Recovery Toolbox Online service, in some cases there will be two files in the downloaded archive: Adobe Illustrator and PDF document. The PDF document can be converted to an Adobe Illustrator project and used further in your work.

We recommend saving the downloaded AI file in a safe place on your computer or external media to avoid having to repeat the recovery procedure.

If you have difficulty opening the AI or PDF file or encounter errors, please contact our technical support team—we will help you resolve any issues promptly.

Please note:

recovered AI or PDF files are available for download for 30 days from the moment you upload the original damaged file. After this period, the files are automatically deleted.

If you need to recover a file again after it has been deleted, you will have to re-upload the damaged file and repeat the recovery procedure.
